Currently, we do not accept insurance, and all services are self-pay.
Our rates are as follows:

We provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network (OON) benefits. In the event of financial hardship, we offer a sliding scale rate, which we assess during your consultation.
